Hi, I’m Annelise! I’m an Associate Singing Teacher, Vocal Coach and Acting Coach with the team at VocaLab. Welcome to my online booking portal for my ongoing students. I offer lessons in-person from my home-studio in Sydney, NSW, and worldwide via zoom.

Annelise Hall (she/her)

Annelise is a passionate, energetic and fun teacher with a strong desire to help people discover joy, freedom and confidence with their voice. She has a strong focus on vocal health and musical knowledge, working with people of all ages and skill levels. Annelise is a musical theatre performer with a Bachelor of Musical Theatre from the Queensland Conservatorium. She is also a trauma-informed voice practitioner and has completed Mental Health First Aid.

Annelise specialises in musical theatre, performance technique, acting through song and preparing for auditions. Annelise also enjoys teaching pop and jazz. An active performer herself, Annelise is currently playing the role of Sandy in the Australian National Tour of Grease the Musical. She most recently toured as Hope in the musical, The Marvellous Elephant Man, Sandy in Grease at QPAC, Sophie in Mamma Mia at The Events Centre and as the Soprano in The Lord Mayor’s Christmas Carols quartet broadcast on Channel 9. With this experience, she will help you learn to combat stage fright, connect with an audience and find the joy in performing.

When working with Annelise you will have the chance to work on a diverse range of repertoire and develop your musicianship skills. Annelise has completed the VocaLab Vocal Educator Toolkit, the Trinity and AMEB exams in Voice, Musical Theatre and Music Craft and is able to guide you through the exam process if you wish.

Annelise believes in creating a positive environment where students feel encouraged, challenged and valued. Alongside improving your voice, you will enrich your life with an emotional connection to music.
