4. No Compensation: Participant understands and agrees that they shall not be entitled to any compensation or royalties in connection with the use, distribution, or playback of the Recordings.
5. Release and Waiver: Participant hereby releases VocaLab, its agents, representatives, and employees, and any third parties acting under VocaLab’s authority from any liability by virtue of any use of the Recordings.

CANCELLATION POLICY

VocaLab is entitled to cancel any webinars with reasonable cause including insufficient number of participants. In this event, registered participants will be informed as soon as possible, and all fees paid to VocaLab for the upcoming webinar will be refunded in full. VocaLab is entitled to make alterations to webinar content and agenda without notice. Participants will be notified of all relevant changes as soon as possible via the private Facebook group message board and/or via email to your nominated email address. VocaLab is not responsible for any other loss incurred by a participant as the result of the cancellation or amendment of any webinars. Participants who do not attend part or all of the webinar sessions outside the below Refund Schedule are not entitled to any refund.

REFUND SCHEDULE

If cancellation occurs less than 7 days prior to the start of the first webinar session, the participant is not entitled to a refund. If cancellation occurs between 7 days and 14 days prior to the start of the first webinar session, the participant is entitled to a refund of 50% of the fee. If cancellation occurs more than 14 days prior to the start of the first webinar session, the participant is entitled to a refund of 75% of the fee. Notification of cancellation must be made via email to elle@vocalab.com.au

Singing Lesson Policy

Cancellations, especially last-minute ones, along with student no-shows, decrease our ability to accommodate the scheduling needs of other students. We ask for your full cooperation with our attendance policy, which has been designed around two factors:

  1. Consistent attendance during singing lessons is the foundation for making progress in your singing goals
  2. Efficient use of your VocaLab instructor’s time and energies

Lessons cancelled by the student with less than 24 hours’ notice or ‘no shows’ must be paid in full and will not be refunded.
Lessons cancelled by the student with more than 24 hours’ notice can be rescheduled to another time within the next 14 days at no extra cost.
Lessons cancelled by the student with more than 7 days’ notice will be refunded in full.

We understand that emergencies and unexpected things can occur at the last minute. We may provide leniency in extenuating circumstances, however this will be at the discretion of your VocaLab Vocal Coach, with whom you must discuss alternative arrangements.
We enforce this policy because cancellations often leave your Vocal Coach without a student during your scheduled lesson time. Scheduling a lesson requires that you accept the cancellation policy. We thank you for your understanding.

Your cooperation in following our attendance policy is appreciated.

All prices include GST.
