BioMed Black Resin is a medical-grade material designed for a wide range of end-use applications where performance, aesthetics and biocompatibility are critical. BioMed Black Resin is USP Class VI certified, and printed parts are validated for long-term human contact.

Care and Hygiene
After each use, it’s essential to clean the Vocal Trainer. Wash all components in warm, soapy water. Use a mild, non-abrasive soap and a soft brush or cloth to clean both the exterior and interior thoroughly. Rinse with clean water.
Periodically, it’s advisable to disinfect your Vocal Trainer. You can achieve this by submerging it in a solution of water and a mild disinfectant. Rinse well with clean water afterward. Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive materials, or excessive heat for cleaning, as these may damage the device.
Ensure that all components are completely dry before storing the Vocal Trainer. Use a clean, dry cloth or allow it to air-dry in a clean, well-ventilated area. Store the clean, dry Vocal Trainer in its dedicated carrying case to protect it from dust and contaminants when not in use.
To maintain proper hygiene and prevent cross-contamination, it’s recommended that each user has their own Vocal Trainer. Avoid sharing the device with others.
Regularly inspect the Vocal Trainer for any signs of wear, damage, or loose parts. Discontinue use if you notice any issues and contact the manufacturer for guidance.

Most orders will be packaged and dropped off at the post office within 1-3 business days. Delivery times after that will vary based on Aus Post times.

Better Voice is very proud of the quality and care that goes into all their products. If your product is defective, they will work hard to make it right with the following warranty. All Better Voice products purchased through VocaLab are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary use for six (6) months from the date of original retail purchase. During this warranty period, if a product is defective and you follow the instructions for returning it, VocaLab will either:
Send you a new product that is equivalent;
Or refund all or part of the original retail purchase price of the product.
VocaLab shall have no obligation to repair, replace, or refund until the defective product is returned to Better Voice. A replacement or repaired product will assume the remaining warranty of the original product or a warranty period of ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
Upon verification of return, Better Voice™ will offer the Consumer one (1) of the following two (2) options upon receipt and verification of the returned product: 1) A replacement Vocal Trainer, Better Voice shall bear the cost of shipping a replacement set to the Consumer; 2) A refund for the original purchase price plus applicable taxes (minus original shipping & handling costs).
